Eco-sensitive design for our Cellar Door
Our passion and commitment to the environment and sustainability led to the eco-sensitive design of our Cellar Door.
We have minimized the impact of our building on the environment and maintained a sense of connectedness to the land using straw bales grown on the property, recycled or sustainable building materials and an energy efficient layout.
Construction is ticking along steadily, with the grand opening now scheduled for March 2012. With spectacular views of the region, extensive verandahs and picnic facilities it will be the place to be for a day of food and wine appreciation.
