The changing seasons bring new fresh produce into our stores and on to our tables, and when we source the produce for our Regional Tasting Platters we are always after the freshest produce locally grown. With Autumn comes mushrooms, fennel, celery, leek, potato, onions, eggplant, pumpkin, cabbage, spinach, zucchini and most herbs plus nuts including hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds, pistachios and pecans. Nonna has been busy pickling walnuts and marinating mushrooms and zucchini so look out for these delicious new additions to our produce platters soon.
