Dookie Hills Botrytis Riesling 2012

Botrytis concentrated grape flavours and sugars have resulted in intense aromas of candied cumquat and citrus marmalade. The rich sticky palate carries poached quince, honey and a hint of spice alongside luscious texture balanced by soft acidity. Screw cap. Sweet wines like this are beautiful with desserts like crème brulee, apple tart tatin or pear & almond upside down cake. Also good with cheeses and pate.

ALC/VOL 11.4%. Approx 3.4 standard drinks. Preservative 220 added. Fined using milk products.
