A fabulous accompaniment to most cuisine especially fowl and pork and citrus inspired dishes.
Pale yellow with a hint of lemon at the margins. This Viognier bursts with a bouquet of vibrant tropical fruit with hints of musk and ginger lingering in the background creating a heady exotic mix.
The palate brings orange blossom, glace orange, white peach and apricot with a soft, rounded textural mouth feel.
The flavours are generous and persistent carried by well-balanced acidity.
