Appearance: Violet hue, deep ruby red body
Nose: Port berry jelly, earthy, jsasmine, cinnamon, dark cherry, eucalyptus/menthol, blackcurrant, dark chocolate
Palate: Dark cherry, blackcurrant, vanilla, dark chocolate, full body, earthy, black pepper, velvety tannin, toffee finish

Purple in colour our new release Shiraz has aromas of spiced plums and elegant vanilla from time on French oak.
The palate shows dark berry fruits, a hint of pepper and plenty of spice, well balanced with the typical generosity of flavour that is Dookie Shiraz.
Match it with French onion soup, roast beef with a juniper and Shiraz jus or pizza topped with lamb fillet and Persian feta.
