In its youth this wine displays refreshing tropical fruits and honeysuckle characters which take on a creamy richness as the wine develops.
The wine has 8g/l of sugar which is slightly more than a bone dry wine or just off dry and this gives a rich mouthfeel. A creamy, persistent mousse (bubbles) and fine bead (size of the bubbles) provide a delicate mouth feel with a refreshing acid zing. Serve chilled.
