Outstanding deep crimson and purple in the glass with a bouquet reminiscent of juicy cassis and plums. Equally generous on the palate, the lush dark fruits are supported by fine ripe tannins and a velvety mouth-filling texture. The finish is long and flavoursome.
Shiraz vines love the Cambrian soils of our Dookie vineyard, consequently the grapes we harvest require little intervention during winemaking to produce richly flavoured wines with excellent cellaring potential.
Vibrant cherry red in colour. The intense sour cherry and earthy aroma characteristic of this variety are present in abundance.
