The climate and soil in our vineyard produces cabernet sauvignon fruit which displays a spectrum of varietal characters depending on each vintage's particular growing conditions. In warmer vintages we see a lot of ripe berry fruit and earthiness while in cooler years there are hints of mint and eucalypt.
Tasting note
The fruit dominant aromas of sweet juicy cherries and blackberries are intense and inviting. The palate opens with cassis and earthy varietal characters with subtle oak influence. Smooth, ripe tannins provide medium bodied palate weight and a long, dry finish.
