Pure and delicate, the nose is fragrant with concentrated stone fruit and lemon sherbet aromas. The lively palate is layered with apricot, ginger and green pear and the fine acid backbone leaves this wine fresh and clean. 6 x 2006 Tallis Sparkling Shiraz Soft and fruity with generous blackberry fruit and a dry lingering finish. A concentrated bouquet of blackberries and spice lead into a ripe, generous palate of berry fruit, liquorice and subtle oak. Silky tannins and just a hint of sweetness give a soft, rounded texture and a lingering finish. Crown Seal
