Appearance: Vibrant deep red/purple in colour this is a great example of Central Victorian Shiraz

Nose: Intense red & dark berry fruit notes with a thread of black pepper spice. Oak is subtle but present and allows the fruit to shine in this wine

Palate: On the palate the flavours are amplified. Whilst medium in body there is great concentration of fruit; raspberry, vanilla, a hint of stewed Rhubarb and complex savoury oak notes.
