Appearance: Pale straw colour youthful and fresh. The wine has a very fine and persistent bead - a characteristic of methode champenoise bottle fermentation
Nose: Grapefruit zest, lemon tart, citrus blossom, pear, white nectarine
Palate: White nectarine, lychee, pear, a crisp and slightly biscuity finish.
Pairing: This is a great celebration drink on its own or enjoy with hors d’oeuvre
