  • This is reflected in our returns policy and means that you can shop online at Tallis Wine with confidence knowing that if you encounter a Tallis Wine affected by oxidation or wine fault we will look at replacing that wine with another Tallis Wine of your choice, to the same value.

    Proof of purchase: If you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase and return the faulty wine, we may offer you an exchange or refund, providing this is claimed within six months of purchase. Refunds will be given using the original payment method, or such other method as determined, at the discretion of Tallis Wine. If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, depending on the situation, Tallis Wine may, at its discretion, provide you with an exchange .
