Appearance: Pale straw colour youthful and fresh. The wine has a very fine and persistent bead - a characteristic of methode champenoise bottle fermentation
Nose: Delicate floral aromas of citrus blossom, some honey toast & brioche notes from secondary fermentation
Palate: Crisp & refreshing, stone fruit, freshly baked brioche. Complex savoury element in the back palate of the wine, a contribution from subtle oak integration
Pairing: This is a great celebration drink on its own or enjoy with hors d’oeuvre
